Purpose of Visit: Information Technology & Multimedia Services (ITMS), a department in Universiti Teknologi Petronas is currently reviewing its Information technology (IT) strategies. As a critical part of the IT review and future roadmap, ITMS plans to benchmark with the University of Malaya where IT is positioned as an enabler as well as driver to achieve the university’s vision and mission.
