2. eProcurement : Integrated eProcurement & Payment System
  • is a fully integrated online procurement
    & payment system
  • Provide a secured & transparent platform for procurement & payment
  • Completed in 2010.
eProcurement currently handles >60% of  UM budget spending
3. PRINTIS : To Replace & transform the Old Student Information System ( UM iSIS)

  • The exisitng UM ISIS which was implemented
    in 1996 has become outdated and no
    longer aligned with the fast changing
    requirement of Student Administration
  • The project aims to reform and simplify
    all related end to end business processes and works towards establishing more focus on student

4. Central Authentication System (CAS) is the Single Sign On (SSO) for the majority of UM web based applications and services including UM Wifi serving 13000 connections daily & 5000 PCs currently connected to Active Directory (AD)
  • Completed in 2006 (1st Phase)
